At level -1, there will be flea market, art treasure and antique market, on the ground floor restaurants and cafés, commercial and service points will fill the places. On the other floors there will possibly be a Design cluster created, which will be a mixture of commerce and culture. There will be place for the Budapest Gallery, and at the “head” of the Bálna, an event venue will be built.
