Flood water has gone, the beach season has been launched in Budapest

After the flood water is gone, the beaches of Budapest newly await their visitors, longing for recreation. The Budapest Spas Plc awaits visitors this season with new slides, new services, a lot of discounts, family passes, special events at the opening.

As the flood water is gone and the restoration has also been completed, the Dagály Bath and partially the Rudas Bath have reopened on 13th June 2013. The Palatinus beach will be operating only when the authorities will reopen the Margaret Island. On June 15th the beach and bath of Pünkösdfürdő has also been reopened. The other baths and beaches will were not affected by the floods, are open as scheduled. According to the plans, beaches will be closed on September 1st, (in case of a favourable weather on September 8th).

In view of the consumer trends, ticket prices have been slightly increased (with 100-400 HUF). Passes allowing visitors to enter 20 times will provide a 25% discount. The ticket prices of certain baths may be found on their websites. ​
